Business Development Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and active listener to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with the right transferable skills who has a hunger to develop, learn and progress.
This role doesn't require any experience, but rather someone who can research, contact and build relationships with potential clients using a range of resources such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and more.
You will work closely with the field sales team and have the opportunity to go out to face-to-face meetings, with many people that have started in this role moving into a field sales role or even sales management.
The company offers a wide range of products and services including IP, CCTV, access control and intruder detection solutions to ensure their clients are more secure.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and have a strong desire to succeed in sales.
The package offered includes a £27,000 basic salary, 30k OTE, 25 days holidays + bank holidays, excellent pension contribution and industry leading internal and external training.
