Fleet Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Sales Team Leader to join our team at The Fuel Store Ltd. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Understand our customer portfolio and allocate data for Sales Agents to target effectively
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure it is robust, accurate, and effectively managed
  • Assist in acquiring new customers through proactive outreach and collaboration with marketing efforts
  • Maximise Early Life Management Volume (ELM) of new customers and ensure high customer success
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing directorate to optimise Sales Agent onboarding and retention
  • Identify skills gaps and deliver coaching/training to maintain a high-performing team
  • Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to the wider business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Management/Mentoring role
  • Driving forward Sales Volume & Revenue Growth
  • Driving Team Productivity and Performance Metrics
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in engaging, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales outcomes
  • Relevant certifications in sales management or leadership are advantageous
