Job Title: Special Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide tailored support to a Reception-age child with autism in our Autism Provision team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, term-time only. As a Special Needs Support Worker, you will deliver personalized support to the child's educational and developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the child in their daily needs and activities.
Requirements:
  • Team-Teach training is advantageous but not required.
Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
