We are looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our team as a care assistant. In this role, you will provide daily care and support to a child with cerebral palsy, working closely with their family and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized care plans tailored to the child's needs, prioritizing their well-being and safety at all times.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring seamless communication with the client's family and healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a care assistant or support work role, preferably with children or individuals with special needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
