Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at MP Training and Recruitment in Teddington, London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences for young children.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working a range of shifts between 0730-1830, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility to consider three or four days a week.

The estimated salary for this role is around £26,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a range of activities that promote learning and development in young children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, happy, and safe environment within the nursery.
Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
