We are seeking an experienced Nursery Team Manager to lead our childcare centre in Teddington, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
The salary for this role is estimated at £29,845 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the Role
The Nursery Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of nursery nurses and practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This will involve:
- Ensuring the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children
- Delivering and planning rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help all children develop and meet their individual milestones
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies
