Support Worker for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate support worker to provide high-quality care and support to a 5-year-old boy with cerebral palsy-dystonic type.
Key Responsibilities:- Create personalized care plans tailored to the child's needs, ensuring seamless communication with the client's family and healthcare team.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and other activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, prioritizing the well-being and safety of the child at all times.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a support work or care assistant role, preferably with children or individuals with special needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and families.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
