We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Homemead in Teddington. As a member of our Care Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide personal care and support to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene across our Care Homes
- Support our residents with their daily activities, such as meal preparation, mobility, and social interaction
- Work collaboratively with our Care Team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
