Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to 11-16 year olds with Autism Spectrum Condition, Speech and Communication Difficulties, ADHD, and Severe Social Anxieties.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities for individuals and groups of students.
- Monitor pupils and assess, record, and report on pupil achievement, progress, and development.
- Build core skills and support a strong knowledge base through a tailored approach to the individual needs of the pupils.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and family.
Requirements:
- A motivated, determined, resilient, and dedicated individual who is ready to fully embrace challenge and approaches set-backs with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience working within the Mental Health field is advantageous.
