Deputy Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Sutton. As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, providing guidance and advice to staff, and contributing to the development of robust risk assessments and management plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and guidance to staff in creating and reviewing risk assessments and management plans
* Lead the assessment of new service users, liaising with professionals and preparing management plans
* Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations through key work and targeted interventions
* Organise and lead groups on mental health, living skills, and other relevant topics
* Support service users in preparing for independence, including identifying suitable move-on accommodation and facilitating access to training or employment
* Make a positive contribution to the team, including developing your own abilities to enhance team performance
* Carry out staff supervisions and monitor the performance of team members
Requirements:
* DBS within the last 12 months
* Previous management or team leader experience
* Demonstrable experience supporting those with complex mental health conditions
