Key Responsibilities:- Deliver HR support for stores and head office line managers.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to Head Office and store colleagues.
- Support recruitment efforts for new store openings.
- Organise and deliver head office new starter inductions.
- Manage and allocate departmental workload.

- Ensure team members provide an efficient service to support store and head office operations.

- Previous experience in managing people is preferred.
- A background in HR and Recruitment will be advantageous.
- High degree of accuracy is essential.

- A true team player underpinned with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
