About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Be the port of call for our guests, whether it's checking them in, serving them food and drink, or cleaning down their table.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure every guest has a fully immersive experience.
  • Represent our brand to the best of your ability, embodying our values and standards.
