About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Central. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a fully immersive experience.
  • Represent the Central brand to the highest standard, embodying our values and standards.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.
