The role of Customer Experience Ambassador at Haven Holidays involves providing exceptional service to our guests and owners. As part of our Guest Experience Team, you will be the first point of contact for many visitors, setting the tone for their stay. Your warm welcome and helpful nature will make a lasting impression, ensuring our guests feel valued and supported throughout their holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and owners to the park, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Checking passes and ensuring the security and safety of our guests.
- Acting as an information guide, providing insider knowledge and tips to enhance our guests' experiences.
- Maintaining a clean and secure environment, adhering to our high standards.
