About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Specialist - International to join our team at Nixio Digital Services. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for maximising the performance of our international e-commerce sites and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Customer Experience: Ensure a friction-free customer journey by having end-to-end knowledge of metrics, behaviour, and trends to drive key web metrics.
  • Trading Calendar and Execution: Own the localised trading calendar and execute trading activity, suggesting trading activity based on insight and understanding nuances in key markets.
  • Customer Journey Optimisation: Analyse and optimise the customer journey to maximise KPI performance and UX, identifying areas of opportunity to localise and make the site more relevant to key market customers.
  • Partnership with Marketing: Partner with Marketing to identify customer journey enhancements to drive channel performance and fully understand CVR funnel by channel.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report weekly on KPI performance vs. targets and provide ad-hoc reporting to inform the wider business of international growth and cross-collaboration to drive it further.
  • Process Change and Optimisation: Drive process change and optimisation, testing new capability, highlighting risks and opportunities to KPI targets.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting and Recommendations: Support the business with ad-hoc reporting of key metrics and recommendations to drive key metrics, understanding varying behaviours onsite between customer types.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Provide insight and recommendations into the local market and competitors, continually analysing propositions, trading rhythms, onsite journey, and marketing of competitors in key markets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital trading or e-commerce role.
  • Experience of growing an online business in international markets.
  • Experience of using Salesforce.
  • High level of experience of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools (preferably Qliksense, Content Square).
  • Curious about data, with a commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Solution-oriented and an excellent communicator, able to use data to drive a clear narrative and actions to support goals.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, able to multi-task and manage differing priorities.
  • Proven experience understanding and executing digital marketing trading strategies.
  • Flexible and open to change.
