Job Overview

The Tiffany Store Manager plays a critical role in leading the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Fiscal Accountability: Deliver profit plan sales and profitability targets by ensuring day-to-day activities support key retail strategies and current initiatives.
  2. Service Excellence: Foster a store environment of Service Excellence, modeling and holding staff accountable for client engagement behaviors.
  3. Business Development: Assess local market opportunities to develop an effective client development strategy and maintain brand standard levels for client development events.
  4. Talent Management: Acquire Talent by building a robust talent pipeline, Develop Talent through quarterly performance reviews and action plans, and Maximize Top Talent through crafted Talent Maximization Plans.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year based on location and experience.
