About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Minimum 7 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
