The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office software and have excellent communication skills.

- Partner with store managers to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Coach and develop sales professionals through regular observations and feedback
- Motivate and inspire sales teams through effective use of performance management processes
- Develop individual action plans to increase sales and improve performance ">
Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sales (POS) system
- Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred ">
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
