Job Description

Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at Westlakes Recruit. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify, assess, and manage project stakeholders, including their needs, expectations, and interests.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including developing and implementing quality management plans.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, including stakeholder communication, project status updates, and progress reports.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, assess, and resolve project problems, including developing and implementing problem-solving plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including experience in leading projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including project planning, team management, stakeholder management, risk management, quality management, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in project management tools and technologies, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, and Jira.
