Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Rullion. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial leadership to support the company in achieving successful commercial outcomes in all areas of business and/or major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial leadership to support the company in achieving successful commercial outcomes in all areas of business and/or major projects.
  • Manage commercial activity working with internal and external stakeholders to promote the interests of the company.
  • Provide expertise on internal procedures (BOPs) as well as external best practice and provide direction on commercial strategy.
  • Build and develop commercial teams to deliver projects.
  • Manage commercial contract negotiations and procedures and have extensive knowledge of various forms of contract.
  • Apply knowledge and application of Business Operating Procedures.
  • Experience of dispute avoidance/resolution techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge and application of problem-solving and risk management techniques.
  • Nuclear industry experience or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale complex projects.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

  • MSc, BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or in a related commercial, technical or engineering discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contract.
