Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance + benefits package

Hours of Work: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leadership professional to join our team at Rullion. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial leadership to support the company in achieving successful commercial outcomes in all areas of business and/or major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial leadership to support the company in achieving successful commercial outcomes in all areas of business and/or major projects.
  • Manage commercial activity working with internal and external stakeholders to promote the interests of the company.
  • Provide expertise on internal procedures (BOPs) as well as external best practice and provide direction on commercial strategy.
  • Build and develop commercial teams to deliver projects.

Requirements:

  • MSc, BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial, technical or engineering discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contract.
  • In-depth experience in managing commercial contract negotiations and procedures and an extensive knowledge of various forms of contract.
  • Extensive knowledge and application of problem-solving and risk management techniques.
  • Nuclear industry experience or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale complex projects.
