Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Rullion. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for providing commercial leadership and expertise to support the company in achieving successful commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial leadership and direction to support the company's commercial strategy
  • Manage commercial activity and promote the interests of the company through internal and external stakeholder management
  • Develop and implement commercial procedures and best practices
  • Build and develop commercial teams to deliver projects and achieve commercial outcomes
  • Manage commercial contract negotiations and procedures, including dispute avoidance and resolution techniques
  • Apply problem-solving and risk management techniques to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote the company's interests and achieve commercial objectives
Requirements
  • MSc, BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial, technical or engineering discipline
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contracts
  • Experience in managing commercial contract negotiations and procedures
  • Knowledge and application of Business Operating Procedures
  • Experience of dispute avoidance/resolution techniques
  • Extensive knowledge and application of problem-solving and risk management techniques
  • Nuclear industry experience or other highly regulated industry experience
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale complex projects
  • Internal and external stakeholder management skills
