Hours of Work: 38 Hours - Monday to Friday
Salary: £80,000k - £95,000k DOE + £5k Car Allowance + Benefits Package
Role Information:
The Senior Commercial Manager will provide commercial leadership to support the company in achieving successful commercial outcomes in all areas of business and/or major projects. This role requires extensive experience in managing commercial activity, working with internal and external stakeholders to promote the interests of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on internal procedures (BOPs) as well as external best practice and direction on commercial strategy.
- Build and develop commercial teams to deliver projects.
- Manage commercial contract negotiations and procedures, with extensive knowledge of various forms of contract.
- Apply knowledge and application of Business Operating Procedures, dispute avoidance/resolution techniques, problem solving and risk management techniques.
- Work on large-scale complex projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
- MSc, BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial, technical or engineering discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contract.
- Nuclear industry experience or other highly regulated industry experience.
