At Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering commercial tasks and supporting the company in achieving a successful financial outcome on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver commercial tasks as directed to support the company in achieving a successful financial outcome on projects.
  • Work with a minimum of supervision, using company-wide Business Operating Procedures (BOPs) and commercial policies and procedures to manage commercial activity.
  • Interpret and assimilate commercial information to produce required reports, documentation, and support management decision making.

Requirements:

  • MSc, BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial, technical, or engineering discipline, plus accredited postgraduate training qualifying towards professional registration of a recognised professional institution.
  • Experience in contract administration procedures and knowledge of various forms of contract, including an understanding of contract law and UK construction laws.
  • Knowledge and application of Business Operating Procedures (including an in-depth understanding of commercial policies, procedures, standards, and working practices) appropriate to allotted tasks and associated documentation.
