Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the cost planning, budgeting, and cost control processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize project costs while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations in accordance with project requirements.
  • Analyse and report on project costs, risks, and budget performance to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure project compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Quantity Surveying in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
