We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality project and programme management standards.
- Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary professional team.
- Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
- Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
- Positively influence the internal team and seek to add value.
- Manage key client relationships.
- Assist in generating repeat business and developing new business opportunities.
- Degree qualified (degree or HNC in a relevant Engineering Discipline preferable).
- Significant experience of Project Manager roles on large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with clients to protect and meet Atkins' commercial objectives.
- Experience of working in the nuclear industry.
- Experience of managing a project portfolio.
- Good understanding of Design procedures, change control, checking, and Review requirements.
- Experience of leading large multidisciplinary teams.
