SEN Teaching Specialist

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Art and Design Educator to join our team at an outstanding SEND school. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality art education to our students, supporting their growth and development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
As an experienced educator, you will bring your expertise in Art and Design to the role, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues, sharing best practices and ideas to ensure the highest quality educational experience for our students.
This full-time role offers a highly competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on national standards for education professionals in the UK. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced DBS support, to ensure your safety and well-being while working with our students.
Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver bespoke art programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- To foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging students to explore their artistic talents.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
