Reception Team Member

AccorHotel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our team.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting the smooth operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and professional service to guests, handling check-in, check-out, and other related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict security procedures are followed to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with guests and hotel departments, both verbally and in writing, as required.
- Handle all calls promptly and professionally, greeting callers according to Accor policy and transferring calls to relevant departments as needed.
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly, maintaining temperature and appearance.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy, adhering to procedure manual guidelines.
- Ensure room service trays and trolleys are set up correctly and collected promptly when guests have finished.
- Perform other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK, with a current work visa.
- A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised, ideally with experience in a Hotel Reception and/or Food & Beverage Department.
- A positive attitude and genuine customer service focus.
- Superb communication skills to interact with guests and other team members.
- Brilliant organization skills.
This is a zero-hours part-time contract.
No remote work is required for this position.
The employment type is part-time.
