Reception Team Member

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reception Team Member at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and professional service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and ensure all charges are posted in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict security procedures are followed to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle all calls professionally, greeting callers according to Accor policy and transferring calls to relevant departments as needed.
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and sales skills.
- Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
- Ensure room service trays and trolleys are set up correctly and collected promptly when guests have finished.
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa.
- Have a positive attitude and genuine customer service focus.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and have experience in a hotel reception and/or food and beverage department.
- Have superb communication skills to interact with guests and other team members.
- Be a brilliant organizer with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a zero-hours part-time contract, and you will be required to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the hotel.
No remote work is available for this position.
The employment type is part-time.
