Job Title: Community Host
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Community Host to join our team at Vivify Venues. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for welcoming hirers and their groups into our facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings and other school-related events.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are always left as found.
- Secure the school's premises, ensuring gates and doors are locked up securely at the end of the shift.
- Complete health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
Requirements:
- Full training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for the role.
- You will be a great communicator, able to represent Vivify Venues in a professional manner.
- You will be passionate about providing an excellent service to our hirers and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
