Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join our Community Respiratory Team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing support and education to patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Working closely with respiratory specialist nurses and physiotherapists to deliver pulmonary rehabilitation classes and home visits.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of standards of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of physical health, mental health, and learning disabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • A good time management skillset.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
