As a Personal Care Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care team, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of care assistants, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to relevant parties

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being
