Senior Care Assistant Responsibilities and Requirements

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with personal care needs, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care at all times.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a salary of approximately £18-22 per hour, depending on experience.
