Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join Insight Select in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, while also being able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service in a front-of-house capacity, alongside handling calls from the switchboard and ensuring they are logged.
- Establish and maintain strong customer and visitor relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and visitors in a clear and concise manner to ensure agreed service levels are met.
- Ensure all areas of the building are well-stocked and maintained, with meeting rooms and common areas being fit for purpose.
- Confidently show new customers and visitors around the office.
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times, with a strong "can-do" attitude.
- Assist the Centre Manager with various duties, including stock levels and training.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with their office space.
- Manage a small team and work closely with the Customer Service Manager to provide support.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar client-facing and customer service-based role, ideally in a serviced office or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to build strong and positive relationships.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Positive and approachable attitude.
- Strong Microsoft package skills.
