Job Title: Sonography Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide support to our Sonography team, working on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first-class diagnostic services.

Main Tasks:
  1. Clinic Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of clinics, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  2. Patient Engagement: Engage with patients, providing reassurance and support throughout their diagnostic journey.
  3. Examination Assistance: Support Sonographers during examinations, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
  4. Clinical Room Maintenance: Ensure the clinical room is maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  5. Patient Information Systems: Utilize the patient information systems (Soliton/PACS), accurately capturing and storing data.
  6. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels, ordering supplies of linen, gowns, and consumables as needed.
  7. Patient Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional patient satisfaction, maintaining a patient-centred approach.
  8. Confidentiality: Uphold patient confidentiality at all times, respecting their dignity and rights.
  9. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be remunerated with an estimated salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
