About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Queen Alexandra College. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with disabilities to live independently in the community.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. You will provide person-centred support based on individual assessments, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their lives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.60 per hour, plus benefits including access to on-site car parking, use of our fitness centre, cycle-to-work scheme, and employee assistance programme.
