Job Title: SEND Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEND Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide confidential and professional support to our Office Manager and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and distribution of minutes.
  • Assist with providing comprehensive reception services, including greeting visitors and ensuring relevant safeguarding checks are made.
  • Work cooperatively as part of the Academy administrative team, covering absence, vacancies, and supporting colleagues during times of heavy workload.
  • Coordinate routine and non-routine communication with service users on issues of a highly sensitive nature.
  • Maintain SEN student records, both electronic and paper files, and ensure that work is prioritized and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Safeguarding training
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
  • Willing to train or possess First Aid Certificate
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Analytical skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent Communication skills
Working Hours:

37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 2 weeks, 08:00-16:00
