Job Description

The Aerospace Sales and Marketing Leader plays a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion within the aerospace industry. This position involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and managing the sales cycle to ensure revenue targets are met.

As a member of our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer requirements
  • Building and maintaining a substantial pipeline of potential sales and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Creating business cases and winning strategies to deliver business objectives
  • Managing bids for new work, including technical and business content, and making pricing recommendations

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience selling technical products to aerospace customers, with a strong service-driven ethic and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary package, including a bonus scheme, 10% pension, and 25 days' annual leave, as well as discounts at local retailers and a life assurance policy.
