Surgical Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of surgical services, managing theatre lists, and supervising administrative staff.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Surgical Service Manager and General Manager.
- Be the first point of contact for directorate management teams regarding medical staffing and RTT pathway management.
- Support Specialty Teams in addressing urgent situations and prioritising workload.
- Financial management skills.
- Good IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of handling complaints.
