About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Development Officer to join our team at The Wildlife Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing large-scale nature restoration programmes across Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nature restoration programmes in collaboration with Wildlife Trust staff and partners.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and secure funding opportunities for nature restoration projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform programme development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective programme management systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to Wildlife Trust staff and partners on nature restoration projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in nature restoration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of issues facing nature and the importance of conservation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
