Programme Development Officer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Programme Development Officer to join our team at The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts (RSWT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes that support our mission to protect and preserve wildlife habitats.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve our conservation goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programme alignment with organisational objectives
* Conduct research and analysis to inform programme development
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners and funders

**What We Offer**

* A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000
* A 35-hour working week
* A fixed-term contract of 12 months
