Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Programme Development Officer to join our team at The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts (RSWT).

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 35 hours per week, with some UK travel required.

About the Role

As a Programme Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes that support our mission to protect and preserve wildlife habitats.

You will work closely with our team to design and deliver programmes that meet the needs of our stakeholders and contribute to our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies that align with our organisational objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver programmes
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform programme development
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate programme progress and impact
Requirements
