About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Development Officer to join our team at The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts. As a Programme Development Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programmes that support our mission to protect and preserve wildlife and their habitats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies that align with our organisational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify programme opportunities and develop proposals
  • Manage programme budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community groups
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform programme development and evaluation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme development and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of conservation and wildlife management principles and practices
