Transform Our Aftersales Business as our Director of Aftersales Transformation

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive transformation in our aftersales business, focusing on process improvement, creating efficiencies, and driving superior performance. As our Director of Aftersales Transformation, you will oversee the Trade Parts operation, contact centre, accident repair centre, body shop, and all aftersales activities, ensuring alignment with manufacturer requirements and regulatory compliance.

Key accountabilities include establishing and developing strong relationships with manufacturers to grow partnerships, ensuring team development in line with brand partner framework expectations, and extending future business opportunities. You will also review forecasts and key performance metrics with Franchise Directors and Divisional Heads of Aftersales, build business cases based on research and best practice, and work with internal stakeholders to mobilise and embed the Aftersales strategy.
