Safety and Wellbeing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Safety and Wellbeing Specialist to work on our Civils Projects in London and the South East of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing health, safety, and wellbeing advice, guidance, and coaching to operational teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide HSW advice, guidance, and coaching to operational teams
- Support the contract/project team in establishing and maintaining high HSW standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with MIMS
Requirements: Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, working towards chartered membership of IOSH, previous experience in health and safety.
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including company car / car allowance, private health care, and life assurance.
