Milestone Infrastructure is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to join our team in London and the South East of England.

About the Job

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety and wellbeing matters to operational teams, ensuring compliance with statutory provisions and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain the Milestone Infrastructure Management System (MIMS) across all projects
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with MIMS and statutory provisions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff competence in health, safety and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with contract/project teams to produce, implement and review HSW plans
  • Analyze HSW trends and develop improvement plans to reduce risk and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 28 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, Life Assurance, Private health care, Company car / car allowance and fuel card.
