Senior Social Worker Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced senior social worker to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our adult mental health service, you will be responsible for leading complex caseloads and developing practice across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of social workers, focusing on continuous improvement and excellent practice.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to promote the wellbeing of vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and dignity.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive quality services.
  • Contribute to policy development, ensuring alignment with current legislation and best practice standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to data protection regulations and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Social Work or equivalent
  • Significant post-qualifying experience within adult social care
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
