Your RoleWe're seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Leatherhead Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote child development and progress towards key milestones.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement activities tailored to each child's needs and abilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
We provide a competitive salary of £26,712 - £31,800 per annum, depending on your qualification and experience. You'll also enjoy benefits such as:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or similar).
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- The ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
