Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of events that maximise income and drive supporter engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and fundraising teams to develop strategies for special events. Your expertise in event management will enable you to manage event committees, nurture relationships with key individuals, and positively influence their engagement and contributions.

About the Role:

  • You will have experience in securing new events, with a strong understanding of special events committees and networks.
  • You will possess excellent customer service skills, adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • You will have a confident use of MS Office and some experience of using a database, with strong attention to detail.
