The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience of managing credit control processes and procedures. About the Role:

  • Manage proforma invoicing on a weekly basis – raise and send out invoices
  • Investigate unpaid proforma invoices (chase with sales staff, chase clients, send out legal letters, proceed with write-offs, proceed with offsets from returns)
  • Control the Credit Account invoicing spreadsheet (update on a daily basis) and raise/send out credit account invoices
  • Manage offsets from credit notes
  • Email queries from showrooms regarding copies of invoices
  • Forecast control and update on a daily basis
  • Send customer statements
  • Chase overdue debt and liaise with clients regarding any queries, follow up with phone calls and keep notes on the system

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience of managing credit control processes and procedures
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
